We accept most major insurance plans. We also match in-network benefits for those plans with which we are currently out of network. Our staff will be happy to assist you in determining your benefits at our facility. Please do not hesitate to contact our business office at 503-808-1559 with any questions or concerns regarding your coinsurance obligation and/ or payment options. Please remember to bring a form of payment with you. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards. After surgery, Mt. Scott Surgery Center will submit your bill to your insurance company. You will receive a separate bill from your doctor, anesthesiologist and/ or pathologist.
We encourage you to contact your surgeon and your insurance company if you have any questions about your financial obligations. In addition, please make sure your authorization/pre-certification for surgery is on file prior to surgery.
